Surface Nanoengineering Lab (SNL)
The SNL tasks and interests consist in exploiting nanotechnology-based approaches and techniques to engineer the surface of biomaterials in ways to guide and control the biological response and to understand the molecular and cellular response to 2D and 3D nanostructured surfaces. The SNL also focuses on the creation of advanced drug-eluting platforms and on the investigation of pathological conditions (e.g. cancer, Alzheimer's disease) by exploiting Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy (read more)
